Yes, that’s what we are..?? At least most Indians are. People travel across India to visit temples, from Vaishno Devi to Kanyakumari, from Kamakhaya to Dwarka nagri. Spending huge amount of money in traveling, giving donations to various temple trust, organizing grand religious rituals, attending religious programs. All this in the name of GOD. What is the need of doing this?Is GOD so selfish.? I don’t think GOD demand so much from us.? Yes we have faith, fear, dedication,believe towards GOD, but the things happening today seems foolish. The belief should be in your self. As its been said GOD lies inside.Keep your soul clean.
Its really looks so ironical that a man can donate huge sum of rupees to Tirupati…which God never asked for, but thinks hundred times to lend, forget about even donate, thousand bucks to one of his ever faithful worker. Is not GOD would have been more impressed that a person would have helped another one…??Is not that I am not an atheist. I believe in the existence of an omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient God. But it seems to be illogical the way people treat their belief in GOD. It may be because of ignorance, or fear, or the environment. But there are lot of intelligent but shrewd person who are taking undue advantage of this. I hope as the literacy grows and people become more logical they would understand the true essence of GOD. Is not that worshiping GOD is illogical, it gives peace to your mind. I guess there is a line of faith which one should not cross, otherwise it looks nonsensical.
